At SunVolt we are work with a variety of clients. Currently we are working very closely with multiple developers and architects. A common problem our clients are coming up against is adhering to the new building regulations and SAP calculation requirements introduced in the later half of 2022. 

We are finding many architects are being required to adhere to new renewable energy requirements but are unsure on how to implement this on their projects. Knowing this, SunVolt can work with architects/developers from design stage to ensure the best solution is implemented on ground level.

We were recently presented with a simple example. We were approached by an architect that had received SAP calculations for their project and had been suggested multiple options to adhere to these. The problem they were facing is the property was only suitable to accommodate 1 of these options because of the property size. We were able to come in quickly identify what method would be suitable for the property and in turn, saved the architect a lot of back and forth with their client and building control. 

We use our own software inhouse to do our own calculations to ensure building regulations are met via renewables.
